Home Service can manage your complex and can help with experience and fluent English speaking staff to arrange legal matters. Some of our services are as per below:

-          Pool Maintenance

Swimming pool will be ready to use every morning during the summer season for 6 months. The chemicals will be added to the pool in the evenings and the pool will be swept with vacuum cleaner to make it clean every morning. Furthermore some addition chemicals will be added to the pool weekly and monthly. Pool will be shocked if itÂ?s necessary. The chemicals of the pool will be provided by Home Service

-          Gardening

Keeping the garden in the communal areas green and well-cared during the season. Renewing the flowers and grass if it needs. Watering the green areas everyday and cutting the grass every ten days or when it needs. The gardening equipments like hose, cutting machine of grass, ext. will be provided by Home Service.

-          Cleaning

Cleaning of the communal areas, stairs and walking areas will be made by domestic staff.

-          Security

We can also provide security staff for 12 or 24 hours upon your request

-          Representative

During the summer time representative staff will visit the complex 2 times in a week for getting the requests and complaints from the residents. Home Service will provide a desk for the representative in the complex.

-          Monthly Reports

Home Service provides to take pictures of the complex and send them to all residents by e-mail every month.
