As new buyers we wanted our villa in the sun to be well looked after while we where away. We asked around, and a number of company's were suggested to us. We checked them out but something was missing, then we found kusadasi home services. Glad we did, so far we have had great service, on time picture's of our villa, checked monthly for signs of any damage etc. They arrange to greet our guests even arrange to pick up from the airport's. Homeservice property Management has been looking after our house in Sidonya Sitesi Kusadasi. Part of this service entails monthly inspections of the interior /exterior of the house with photographs posted on the Homeserviceinturkey website which we can access at any time. This reassures us that our house is being looked after when we are thousands of miles away in Ireland. We think this is well worth the modest cost involved. Earlier this year we approached Mehmet and Pinar with difficulties in relation to the management of our sitesi. At short notice Mehmet came with us to meet with the acting Baskan amd mediate and interpret for us and to convey our concerns to the Baskan who spoke no English whatsoever. We found this both helpful and reassuring.
Mehmet has also obtained quotes for us for repairs which need to be done to our house which saves us having to do it ourselves. This will enable us to have the work done in our absence ,project managed by Mehmet, and all part of the service offered by homeserviceinturkey property management. All in all this ensures that we have peace of mind about our house in Kusadasi when we are in Ireland

Mehmet & Pinar have been looking after our complex (Kayra) since last June, and I think that they are doing a tremendous job. We were quite worried about what would happen to our villa/complex when we were back in England but have been very impressed with the services that Homeservice have provided. We are updated each month as to the condition of our villa/complex and are also sent pictures. They look after everything for us from the maintenance of the complex to managing our bills. They provide us with every service we need when we are in Kusadasi from cleaning our villas and airport transfers to advice. As well as the excellent services they provide, we also consider them as friends of ours. They are always there when you need them and will always do their best to help you (even if it has nothing to do with the villa/complex).
We consider Homeservice to be the best service we could ask for to look after our every need in Kusadasi both when we are Kusadasi and when we are back in England. Hats off to Mehmet and Pinar!!!

With so many emlaks and property management companies in Kusadasi where do you start? After shelling out £250 upon first purchasing an apartment for well nothing - they didn’t even inspect the property, did I really need a property management company? Living in the UK it was important for me to know that some body was keeping an eye on our property not to mention having a trustworthy agent. I stumbled on Mehmet of Kusadasi Home Service via a Kusadasi internet forum and got chatting and met up with him on numerous occasions prior to actually putting my apartment in his capable hands, I won’t lie by nature I find it hard to trust people when it comes to property, might have something to do with the fact that I am involved in property in the UK and well know all the tricks. I have now been with Mehmet and Pinar of Kusadasi Home Service for 9 months and won’t think twice when renewing my contract with them. In business I always value someone on their honesty and how they deal with things when things go wrong. This was put to the test in September of last year the apartment cleaner Mehmet got to clean my apartment prior to some guest of mine using my apartment thought it was a holiday let and well removed what they thought were left behinds from the previous guests, they were in fact some of our personal things which we leave tea, coffee, toiletries etc. when I contact Mehmet he pulled out all the stops and replenished the apartment with necessities. When I came over in October I found in my kitchen an apology card from Mehmet with further necessities including a box of chocolates.As I said its how a company deals with things when things do go wrong that counts. When Mehmet Lastikçi and his company took over the management in January 2008, he spent countless hours in the first two months, finding solutions to a very difficult situation. I am living in Dublin. The Apartment Mehmet looks after for our family is Berkiman Apartments in the Marina. This is his first year to have the contract. I have personally met Mehmet and have no hesitation in recommending him or his company. His company is looking after the Communal areas of the apartments and we also have a personal home package with them whereby the look after our own apartment, security checks, cleaning etc. The communal areas are kept extremely clean and tidy, the gardens are well maintained and well planted, the pool is kept clean and sanitised and the general area is well maintained. They have one gentlemen who oversees the whole complex, a foreman as such and from what I have seen while over there he takes his job very seriously. We had several ongoing problems with the lifts and such like but as soon as Mehmet took the contract over these problems were sorted and we were kept informed of every detail. They provide breakdowns of all expenditure for the complex.
I hope this helps you make a decision. The service we have received to date has been second to none. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to help you. Nothing seems to be a problem from them.
